Outreach and home visits

If it is not possible to come to the VTPC in person due to health conditions or other reasons, services can also be received outside the center's premises - during a home visit or a planned outreach.

VTPC specialist can:

  • issue or accept an assistive device,
  • provide consultation on its use and maintenance,
  • accept the necessary documents,
  • process payments.

Client portal – all in one place, simple and secure

The client portal is a convenient and secure place to apply for technical aids and submit documents. It is available at any time and from any device.

Here you can:
   • submit applications and attach documents,
   • schedule appointments or receive/return assistive devices,
   • perform service operations online.
