When receiving an assistive device, a one-time payment must be made - a payment that partially covers the service costs.
This payment is applied for each assistive device separately.
Payments for services can be made:
by bank card
in cash
Payments are also possible during home visits and outings.

For all services, payment can be made both by bank card and in cash - also during home visits and mobile service.
One-time payment
When receiving the assistive device, a one-time payment must be made at the VTPC or at the service provider:
for a child - 1.42 EUR
for a person aged 18 and over - 7.11 EUR
Exemption from the one-time payment
Individuals may be exempt from the payment if they present the appropriate document:
individuals with low-income household status
individuals residing in long-term social care or rehabilitation institutions
individuals whose residence is registered at a stationary medical institution
individuals serving a sentence in a penal institution
Payment for home visit
If the service is provided at home, the total fee consists of three parts:
1. Fee for home visit
fixed fee for specialist's visit - 8.67 EUR
2. Travel expenses
0.46 EUR per kilometer
the distance is calculated from the nearest service location to your residence

Payment for the outreach service
When receiving the service on-site, a one-time payment for the assistive device must be made.
Amount of the payment:
for a child - 1.42 EUR
for a person aged 18 and over - 7.11 EUR
If the assistive device is returned
The one-time payment is refunded only if the assistive device is returned within 1 month of receipt.
To receive a refund, the following must be submitted:
written application
payment confirmation document
