Survey questionnaire on the car adaptation service

The Ministry of Welfare together with SIVA is conducting a survey on the car adaptation service for people with mobility impairments. The goal is to understand how people feel about this service and what improvements they want. It is good if you share the link with your friends, members, clients, and others who use adapted cars. The survey is anonymous. This means that no one knows who is responding. The information is used to improve the service.
