Cushions for Pressure Ulcer Prevention
The use of a pressure relief cushion is recommended for wheelchair users who have partially or completely impaired active movement and sensation in their legs, as well as for those who have difficulty independently changing positions in the wheelchair.
Available sizes: 51 cm, 53 cm, 55 cm
The cushion is not inflatable.
The surface of the pressure relief cushion is divided into segments. This special design allows for improved posture and increases the support surface, effectively distributing weight across various specific load points, resulting in improved blood circulation and reduced risk of pressure ulcers. The ribbed surface of the cushion provides special comfort and allows the user to assume an optimal position. The foam base is made of high-quality flexible, shape-forming foam. The elevation at the front of the cushion helps the user's thighs maintain the correct position and allows air to circulate.
Weight of the pressure relief cushion: 3.08 kg
User weight: 140 kg
