From January 1, 2019, all procurements announced by the VSIA “National Rehabilitation Centre “Vaivari”” and their documentation are available 

in the Electronic Procurement System.

For applicants who have not yet started using the EIS for electronic submission of offers, we recommend familiarizing themselves with the EIS video self-training material set and registering for EIS in a timely manner to be able to submit offers electronically in the future.
