Ways to Submit Documents
To apply for receiving assistive devices, you need to submit an application and the necessary documents. This can be done in the way that is most convenient for you - electronically, in paper form, or in person.
The application can be signed:
- with a secure electronic signature
- or in paper form (by hand)
After signing, documents can be submitted in several ways.
Submitting Documents in Person
- The application can be submitted at one of the VTPC departments in Riga, Kuldiga, or Rezekne
- You must bring the necessary documents (in some cases, also the originals)
Sending Documents by Mail
- Send the signed paper application
- Attach all necessary documents
- Send to one of the VTPC departments in Riga, Kuldiga, or Rezekne
Submitting Documents via Email
- Documents must be signed with a secure e-signature
- Send them to one of the email addresses:
Submitting Documents in the Client Portal
- Log in to the client portal using an e-signature
- Fill out the application form online
- Attach the necessary documents
- Confirm the application with an e-signature or another secure method
