Ways to Submit Documents To receive technical aids, you need to submit an application and other documents. This can be done in various ways: electronically, in paper form, or in person. --- Signing the Application You can sign the application in 2 ways: - with a secure electronic signature - by hand on paper After that, you can submit the documents in a way that is convenient for you. --- Submitting Documents in Person - Go to one of the VTPC departments in Riga, Kuldiga, or Rezekne. - Bring all necessary documents with you. - Sometimes, you also need the original documents (not just copies). --- Sending Documents by Mail - Fill out and sign the application on paper by hand. - Attach all necessary documents. - Send everything to one of the VTPC departments in Riga, Kuldiga, or Rezekne. --- Submitting Documents via Email - All documents must be signed with a secure e-signature. - Send the documents to one of these email addresses: - vtpc@nrc.lv - kuldiga@tpc.nrc.lv - rezekne@tpc.nrc.lv --- Submitting Documents in the Client Portal - Log into the client portal using an e-signature. - Fill out the application form online. - Attach the necessary documents. - Confirm the application with an e-signature or another secure method.
