Project “TechSocialcare” second stakeholders meeting on April 17 in the Accordion
The project “TechSocialcare” is taking place for the second time.
The meeting is on 17.04. in the room “Accordion”.
The goal of the project “TechSocialcare” is to engage state administration institutions, municipalities, and social service providers in the development of a unified legal framework, as well as to define the basic requirements and standards for ICT tools and assistive technologies in social and health care services. The project is being implemented within the framework of the Interreg Europe cross-border cooperation program. More about the project “TechSocialcare”:
The purpose of the meeting:
to introduce the latest activities and research results of the project;
to discuss the policy related to assistive technologies in Latvia;
to get acquainted with the NRC "Vaivari" and the services of the Vaivari Technical Aids Centre in social and health care.

We invite you to apply for participation in the international webinar series “Rehabilitation in Conflict”.

This ten-part international webinar series is dedicated to the role of rehabilitation specialists in armed conflict situations and will provide an overview of clinical condition management. The webinars are implemented by the World Health Organization (WHO), in collaboration with World Physiotherapy and other leading international rehabilitation organizations.
The program includes topics on spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, amputations, burns, fractures, peripheral nerve injuries, pain management, as well as communication and swallowing disorders in conflict situations.
We invite rehabilitation professionals to register for participation and take the opportunity to expand their knowledge under the guidance of international experts. Participation takes place online on the Zoom platform, in English.
